Orders may be delayed 2-3 additional business days due to the current circumstances surrounding COVID.
Australia Post will be providing contactless deliveries with no signature required. Due to the increased volume of online orders, please allow an additional 2-3 business days to receive your order. We are offering Free Standard Shipping on all AU orders over $350.
Australia Post Update.
There has been a significant increase in the number of parcels sent across the Australia Post network and a large reduction in air freight capacity, due to this they are currently experiencing severe delays. These delays extend to both the time taken for tracking information to be provided, as well as the time taken for parcels to be delivered. International Orders
At this time we do not send orders out internationally but this may change in the future

Europa Imports offers both standard and express delivery within Australia using Australia Post.
Please note the delivery time frames indicated below are estimates only, we are shipping from W.A so delivery times may vary depending on your state.
A signature is required when your order is delivered, so we recommend providing a delivery address where someone will be available during business hours to receive and sign for your order. If no one is available, Australia Post will leave a card advising you to collect your order from your local post office. Australia Post may present an option for Safe Drop – this is to be used at your own risk.
If you are purchasing more than one item, your items may be shipped separately using individual tracking numbers.
Shipping invoices will be emailed through to you with your unique Barcode which you can track online at Australia Post. If you have any special requests for your delivery, please specify these at time of ordering.
Orders will be delivered on business days only. The number of business days estimated below begins the day after your order is dispatched. We do not offer deliveries on weekends or public holidays.
Once the order has been collected by Australia Post, we are no longer liable for delivery of goods. For further delivery information, please lodge an enquiry with Australia Post.

Australian Express Post Delivery

- Express Post delivery is available for orders within a certain network location. Please click here to view the postcodes that qualify for Express Post delivery. If you live outside of these postcodes, selecting Express Post will result in the next fastest possible transport link. Goods may not be delivered the next day due to circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, strikes etc.
